If there is something that defines the Brazilian automobile market, it is the love for the classics.
Among them, the beetle and Goal reign as two of the most emblematic cars in the history of Brazil.
Now, imagine combining these two icons in a single vehicle. Sounds like a bold idea, doesn’t it?
That was exactly what Jair Ferreira Lopes, a 62-year-old tinsmith, decided to do in his workshop in Cambuci, a neighborhood in São Paulo.
The result? The FusGol, a true work of art on wheels that mixes the essence of the Beetle with the striking design of the Gol G3.
It all started in 2007, when Jair purchased a 1982 Beetle with a damaged rear end.
As I had already modified one Ford Corcel 1974 previously, he decided it was time to create something even more challenging.
Now, the FusGol story is ready to continue. Who knows, maybe it will end up in your hands?
After all, why R$ 40 thousand, you are not just buying a car, but investing in an exclusive piece of Brazilian automotive culture.
